All orders are subject to acceptance by Tegridy Research, LLC.
We accept payments through approved payment processors displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority (or other listed carriers).
Risk of loss transfers to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments once in transit.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in cases of defective or incorrectly fulfilled orders.
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with order details.
