At Tegridy Research, LLC (“Tegridy Research,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to providing reliable and timely shipping for all orders placed through tegridy-research.com. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing

    • Orders are typically processed same day or following business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after confirmation of payment.

    • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

    • All orders are shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air, with the exception of P.O. Boxes, Alaska and Hawaii, and areas not covered by standard UPS delivery regions,  which will ship via USPS Priority Mail. 

    • Typical delivery time is 2 business days after processing, depending on your location.  Orders received before 4PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday will ship same day.  Orders received on weekends will ship on Monday.

    • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

    • Shipping cost is a $15 flat rate.

    • Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be clearly stated on our website.

Shipping Restrictions

    • We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Issues & Delays

    • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect/insufficient shipping information provided by the customer.

    • If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at support@tegridy-research.com so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

Damaged or Missing Items

    • If your package arrives damaged or missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.  Items are packaged in a vacuum sealed container.  Please inspect for any damages before opening and photograph the item still in the sealed package.

    • We will work with you to provide a replacement or issue a resolution.

Address Accuracy

    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

    • We are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
