Placing an order is simple! Just browse our products, add your selections to the cart, and proceed to checkout.
Yes, multiple product discounts are automatically applied at checkout and discounts are listed per quantity under each product listing.
Orders placed before 4PM Eastern time Monday through Friday will generally ship same day. Orders placed after 4PM Friday will ship Monday. Delivery time is typically within 2 days after being shipped, excluding weekends, which may delay delivery time. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Products are non-returnable. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will reship the product, free of charge. Orders are packaged in a transparent vacuum sealed container. If product is damaged, please email us at support@tegridy-research.com with a picture of the item still sealed in the package. This is to ensure that the item was damaged upon delivery and not tampered with or damaged by customer error. Please inspect the items for any damage before opening the vacuum sealed package.
